BOB MALONE, Broker/Owner

Bob Malone Bob is a native of Fayetteville, TN, seat of Lincoln County. After completing his BBA in 1975, he went to work in business management for an apparel manufacturer, going on to become a manufacturing entrepreneur for nearly 20 years; all the while maintaining an agricultural operation with emphasis on livestock. Always wearing many hats, Bob has managed commercial property for the past 30 years and has been a realtor since the year 2000. He is currently owner and principal broker of BMA Properties, licensed in Tennessee and Alabama. Kaila Hampton Kaila graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. While attending college Kaila worked in property management and she has just received her Tennessee Real Estate License and is now also licensed in Alabama. Sylvia McAlister SYLVIA MCALISTER has lived in the Tennessee Valley for the past 27 years. She relocated from Michigan in 1982 when her job transferred to Huntsville, Alabama. She has been a land owner and resident of Lincoln County for 15 of the 27 years. In 2007, she made the decision to retire as a manufacturing manager, and enjoy the good life of retirement. Glenn Beech GLENN BEECHis a native of Montague County, Texas, but he grew up on a farm here in Lincoln County. Glenn is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. Before becoming a Realtor, Glenn worked as a Veterinarian Pharmaceutical Salesman for Jensen-Salisbury Labs, an Animal Health Division of Burroughs Wellcome Co. and was a cattle producer in the Molino area. He continues to enjoy his cattle operation while pursuing an active career in the Real Estate industry. Glenn’s real estate experience includes residential, commercial and land listings and sales. He is married to Jane Priest, an employee of Landers-McClarty Toyota in Fayetteville, and they have two daughters; Karen Mitchell, a Registered Nurse, and Emily Beech, a senior at the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga. Linda McWhirter LINDA MCWHIRTER is a native of Fayetteville, Tennessee and a licensed realtor since 1999. Jean Malone JEAN MALONEis a native Fayettevillian and completed her Business Education Degree at Middle Tennessee State University in 1975.  From 1976 to 1981 she worked in fashion merchandising.  Since that time she has been involved in office management for the various family businesses including, apparel manufacturing, property management, real estate, construction and livestock operations.  She feels very fortunate that much of the time she had the flexibility of schedule to be home with their children, which she considers her most important life work.  The Malone's enjoyed farm life together and, also traveling and showing cattle in 4-H and Breed shows as a family.  They now enjoy five beautiful grandchildren.   Business: 931-438-4492, Email: maloneb@realtracs.com.
   
Jim Cashion JIM CASHION is a native of Fayetteville, Tennessee. Upon graduation from of the University of Tennessee College of Architecture in 1980, he practiced architectural design and construction management in Dallas, Texas before returning home to Lincoln County. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and has been active in the local real estate industry since 1996. He is married to Jackie Smith Cashion, also of Fayetteville. They have one son, Jim, who is a senior mechanical engineering student at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. His interests include woodworking, collecting local historical photographs and documenting Lincoln County's architectural history. With an in-depth understanding of the southern middle Tennessee and northern Alabama real estate markets, Jim provides informed, efficient and professional services with client satisfaction as his ultimate goal.
