Welcome To BMA Properties

The residents of Fayetteville and Lincoln County enjoy a quality of life that surpasses many areas of comparable size. In Fayetteville, the conveniences of urban life are readily available without the related stress. Rolling hills, scenic farms, and peaceful residential areas contribute to that small town feeling, while the downtown square shopping area and busy shopping centers provide the conveniences you desire. Our community has derived many positive effects from our close proximity to the highly technical space and defense industries in Huntsville. The employment of many of our residents by these industries enhances opportunities for new business to flourish.

The Lincoln County Museum is an outstanding example of our citizens' commitment to improving their community. Some of the items contributed were requested for display by the Smithsonian Institute. Through the efforts of many, our community has preserved the heritage of our ancestors for future generations. We also have a local theatre group which presents several productions each year. Sports activities abound in the area. Golf, tennis, baseball, softball, biking, jogging, and swimming are all easily enjoyed. Water sports can be enjoyed on the Elk River and at the nearby Tim Ford Lake & State Park. Also, deer and small game hunting is enjoyed by many sportsmen in the region.

If indoor exercise is more appealing, the Patrick Wellness Center offers residents an outstanding health club operated by Lincoln Regional Hospital. The facility boasts an indoor pool, free weights, weight machines, and a total wellness program tailored to your personal physical needs.

The annual Lincoln County Fair, a regional agricultural fair held each September, draws people from all over Middle Tennessee and North Alabama. In addition to the numerous displays and exhibits, the traditional highlight of the fair is harness racing. Each day, for the duration of the fair, owners and their horses compete while spectators indulge in friendly wagers.
