BMA Lake Front & River Front

The Bend on Elk River is located just outside the historic town of Fayetteville in Southern Middle Tennessee. Its scenic layout is a mix of open pasture and wooded areas, all gently rolling with hills and valleys. This acreage, once a large cattle farm, has been divided into tracts ranging from 5 to 95 acres, many with frontage on the Elk River.
